Yuzuki here with the latest update.
I have added a section to the rules about activity checks. As we do not want inactive members, we have implemented the following rule under accounts and registration:
This rule is effective as of August 3rd, 2010.
The first activity check will be held September 1st, 2010.
If you are going to be away for a long period of time, just let us know! Either PM a staff member, or post a thread in the Introduction and Absences board. We understand life happens, hence why we give a month after the check for you to respond.

- Raise Your Hand! ~ This forum WILL have activity checks every two months. The staff will send out a PM to every member asking about their activity on the forum. If a response is made to the staff member, than the account will not be deleted. If the staff members do not receive a response from the account within two weeks, the account will be temporarily banned. After a month, the account will be deleted.
