The Western Air Temple is located in the mountains north of the Fire Nation. What is unique about this temple is instead of being places on top of a mountain, the temple lies nestled underneath the edge of a cliff. The architecture seems as if it was built upside down, and because of this the temple is hidden to any passerby.
