Fajra, being one of the many girls of her family, looks extremely boyish. Her hair is short in the back and spikes into a million directions. She has naturally black hair but she dyes her bangs pure white. Her bangs are blunt but are long on either side of her face. Her eyes are the distinct part of her that she hates the most. One eyes is a light grey while the other is pitch black. Her mother had black eyes while her fathers were grey and somehow she got a fluke gene which caused her to have one of each. She’s 5’2 and weighs a little over 100 pounds. Fajra has Serpentine black tattoos that are more tribal than anything. They spiral up bother her arms and end pointing at her chest. She has a scar on her left leg from jumping out of her parents cart when she was younger.

Clothing: Fajra dresses boyish to match her personality as well as she dresses in many blacks and reds. She prefers long sleeves and pants rather than tank tops and dresses. She will only be caught in a Kimono or a dress if her parents are having guests over and even then it takes a lot of convincing to have her leave her hair down. She doesn’t wear sandals or anything with open toes and resides herself to wearing thick boots wherever she goes. She always wears goggles on her head and uses them to protect her eyes when she helps her dad make weapons and tools.
Weapon of Choice: Fajra Prefers to use an oversized Scythe made of a metal closely allied with silver. It’s the same size she is and the blade is thin and can be bent to make the Scythe look more like a Staff.
Bending Abilities:
Fajra is a Fire bender. She’s no expert but she does have the potential talent. She’s never had a proper fire bending teacher and is the only bender in her family. She uses her bending to help her make weapons with her father, even though her father doesn’t realize it. She’s kept her bending a secret from her family because she’s already Shunned by her mother and sisters and she wishes to not bring anymore unwanted attention to herself.

Personality:
Fajra is not the graceful, delicate, gossipy thing her sisters are. She’s a strong independent woman with a bad habit of blowing her temper. She’s not afraid to fight and she gets into trouble a lot. She’s fiery and has an attitude with authority as well as her mother. Her and her sister do have one thing in common, if an Ausra girl gets hurt and/or humiliated by someone they get even. Even though Fajra hasn’t been hurt emotionally by anyone as of yet, she’s been humiliated several times by her sisters and by the people she calls her friends.
Fajra also has a part of her she’s never shown anyone, her soft side for those in need. She often goes around with grey eyes hidden and with her hair covered by a bandana helping anyone in her village that might be street kids getting caught for trying to feed themselves, to sleazy jerks trying to steal a bag from an old lady. Her mother greatly disapproves of her boyish behaviours and outlets and wants Fajra to become a proper lady like her sisters, when really Fajra’s mother only wants her to be marriage material and that can really set Fajra off. If anyone brings up marriage or the prospect of dating she’s quick to snap at them and talk about how it’s restricting her freedom as a woman.
Fear(s): Fajra fears a few things. She fears her sisters, her mother, getting caught helping a thief, but the one thing she fears most is finding someone who will not be intimidated by her outer appearance and who won’t go running off when she blows her temper, or snaps at them. She’s basically afraid of being loved but she’d never straight out admit it

History: Fajra was born to an already big family. A Family of two parents and seven girls already. Her mother had four sets of twins, each a year apart. Fajra’s twin sister was born with curly black hair and dark grey eyes while Fajra was born with straight black hair and two separate coloured eyes. Her sisters before her were all raised by nannies that her mother family approved of, grooming them to become perfect ladies. Fajra however was practically shunned from childhood because of her odd eye colours and she spent a lot of time with her father, the blacksmith and weapons designer, and with his apprentice. She was raised more like a son than a daughter and when she cut her hair and Dyed it her mother went ballistic.
Her mother was a high class woman who’s parents disapproved of her marriage with the blacksmith. Even though her father was extremely respected and well off the marriage still underwent gossip. When Fajra was born it only raised more gossip about the family so her mother and sisters often left her out of the political loop when it came to dealing with other people. Fajra learned she could bend one day when her temper went out of control in her father’s workshop. He didn’t seem to notice anything but Fajra did and she was surprised at this. When she left the workshop she only went out to the woods to see if it was really her that made the fires grow wild and sure enough with much focus she was able to create her own fire.
Fajra has always kept her bending a secret from her family and secretly practised out in the woods when her mother thought she was asleep in her bed. When the wars started up Fajra wasn’t very much affected but she noticed her village was when other nation soldiers came in and started harassing the villagers. Fajra couldn’t stand around and do nothing about it so she covered one of her eyes with a cloth, covered and tied her hair back with a bandana and grabbed her scythe. She was known as the Bandit to the villagers and often when people asked Fajra about it she would deny it. She got her tattoos recently without her mother and fathers permission but she didn’t care. It was mostly out of spite towards her mother and sisters anyways.
Her mother often hosted dinner parties for other high class families and Fajra was forced to be “Lady Like” against her will. Her mothers’ often tried to force her into an arranged Marriage but Fajra always found away to scare the suitor off before he could decide to stay close and it made her mother angry to no end. Now a day’s Fajra’s been working with her father to help improve her scythe as well as Fajra’s been looking for a bending teacher who won’t tell her parents about her gift.
