The Northern division of the Water Tribe. The city is built inside high walls of ice and the city prospers in its isolation. There are many people within the Northern Water tribe compared to that of the Southern Water Tribe.

| Northern Air Temple
The Northern Air Temple of the Air Nomads is located in the upper reaches of the Earth Kingdom on top of a snowy mountain. There has been great debate about the location of this Air Temple, as it is between the Earth Kingdom and the Northern Water Tribe.

| Ba Sing Se
Ba Sing Se is the capital city within the Earth Kingdom. Its name literally means "Impenetrable City" due to its two world-famous walls around the city which can only be opened by Earth bending.

The Si Wong Desert is the largest desert in the world. It is known as the driest and hottest place in the world, and is almost impossible to successfully navigate. It is also rumored to house Sand bender tribes.

| Eastern Air Temple
The Eastern Air Temple is housed on three separate mountains, connected by an array of bridges. This temple also houses the Flying Bison Stables.

The second largest city in the Earth Kingdom. This city is very well known for its famous delivery system powered by earth bending and gravity.

| Foggy Swamp
The Foggy Swamp is a mysterious wetland which covers a very large area of the southwest Earth Kingdom. The swamp is very densely packed with a great variety of creatures and also is home to a small population of water benders who migrated there from the Southern Water Tribe.

| Kiyoshi Island
Kyoshi Island is a small island off the southern coast of the Earth Kingdom and is the home to the elite Kyoshi Warriors. The island was created when Chin the Conqueror threatened it and Avatar Kyoshi separated the Kyoshi Peninsula from the Earth Kingdom mainland to keep her people safe from future threats.

| Western Air Temple
The Western Air Temple is located in the mountains north of the Fire Nation. What is unique about this temple is instead of being places on top of a mountain, the temple lies nestled underneath the edge of a cliff. The architecture seems as if it was built upside down, and because of this the temple is hidden to any passerby.

The Fire Nation Capital is the seat of the government in the Fire Nation. It is home to the Fire Lord, the royal family, and nobles of the Fire Nation.

| Fire Nation Royal Palace
The Royal Palace is situated in a vast, beautiful estate and is filled with lush gardens and ponds. The wall encircling the estate separates the Royal Palace from the rest of the city.

A massive high security Fire Nation prison located in the middle of a lake on volcanic island. This prison holds the most dangerous prisoners in the Fire Nation, domestic and foreign alike.

| Fire Fountain City
A large industrial city within the Fire Nation that supports the war efforts. The city is named after the giant fire breathing statue of Fire Lord Ozai from when he was in power.
